Resume Export and Download

Once you've completed crafting your resume using TalenCat CV Maker, you can export it in various popular formats.

Supported export formats include:

  • PDF (Recommended): The PDF format retains all formatting and fonts, ensuring consistent display across all devices and meeting most company submission requirements.
  • HTML: Suitable for quick sharing with employers.
  • PNG: High-definition and lossless, perfect for sharing on social platforms or embedding in other documents.

Exporting from the Resume Management Page​

In the resume management page, locate the resume you wish to export and download. Click the "..." icon in the bottom right corner of the resume thumbnail, and select your desired file format to download your resume.

Exporting from the Resume Editor​

Alternatively, you can enter the individual resume editing page. Use the "Download PDF" and "Download Image" buttons located in the lower menu bar of the resume preview pane on the right to export your resume.

Note: Free version users can only export once per day. Upgrading your plan allows for unlimited exports.
