Manage Your Resumes

On the TalenCat CV Maker resume summary page, all resumes you create or import are displayed in reverse chronological order (newest resumes appear at the top), making it convenient to quickly view and manage them.

Each resume is displayed as a card containing the following key information:

  • Resume Thumbnail Preview: Quickly identify the template style.
  • Resume Name: Clearly distinguish different versions or target positions.
  • Resume Language: Quickly identify the language of the resume.
  • Last Edited Time: Easily track modification history.

Resume Management Features​

In the bottom right corner of each resume card is an "..." icon. Clicking it will bring up an operation menu with multiple functions to choose from based on your needs:

  • Rename: Modify the resume name, which is used as the default file name for downloads. It's recommended to name accurately for easier future retrieval and management.
  • Edit: Directly enter the resume's editing page to make modifications or improvements.
  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the current resume. Free version users can create up to 2 resumes at once. When the resume limit is reached, the duplicate function will be temporarily unavailable (upgrading your plan can unlock unlimited resumes).
  • Download PDF: Save the resume as a PDF file.
  • Download Image: Save the resume as a PNG file.
  • Delete: Permanently delete the current resume. Be cautious with this action as it is irreversible, and once executed, cannot be undone!
